I had no idea how slow my previous pad was until I used this. I had to lower my sens settings which took some getting used to, I kept overthrowing my aim. When I mentioned that the pad is smooth, I'm not joking.

Id recommend the pads to anyone who games or just uses their pc a lot. But if you like a faster glide, get the normal version. So in a conclusion, if you have a clean desk and things don't get dirty, and you like a more control feel, while it also being more comfortable, get the "speed" version. But with regular cleaning that can be stopped. Both can get dirty, more so with the speed version. In my experience so far with the normal version, the pad is barley affected by humidity while the Speed version was more affected by it.
There is just the right amount of stopping power while having a very nice glide.
